March Home Practice Program

As part of the Home Practice Program weekend hosted by UM-HUB, Avery Argenna will be leading a 4-hour program on Unified Mindfulness’s Feel Flow technique, which practices focusing attention on any perception of movement, change, or energy in body sensations.

This program is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or abilities. Through a series of simple warm-up exercises, Q&A sessions, and guided instructions in the technique, participants will learn practicable ways to do the "Feel Flow" technique and get a taste of transcendence."
