January Home Practice Program

As part of the Home Practice Program weekend hosted by UM-HUB, Avery Argenna will be leading a 4-hour program on Unified Mindfulness’s Feel Good technique, which is designed to help you detect, create, and cultivate positive emotions. And with regular practice this technique can lead to a habit of noticing and appreciating more emotional positivity in your life.

This program is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or abilities. Through a series of simple warm-up exercises, Q&A sessions, and guided instructions in the technique, participants will learn practicable ways to do the "Feel Good" technique and improve their happiness.
